Ghastly Panic

About The Font

The ghastly panic font is a high-quality handwritten typeface. The designer created this typeface in 2005. The remake of a movie named Dawn of The Dead (2004) has inspired it. The film’s story revolves around humans who get infected and turn into zombies and takes place in a mall.

However, even though the font looks like the work of Chris Hansen, it is a response to his font “Frank Knows” from the designer of the Ghastly Panic font named Chad Savage. He publishes his fonts through his foundry called “Sinister Fonts.” But instead of making the font identical, the designer made this font scarier and gave it a horror look.

The ghastly font has 65 glyphs and 235 characters. It is only available in True Type format, offering uppercase and lowercase letters. It has only one regular family. Additionally, the font supports more than 60 languages.

Usage

It is a good alternative to dark concepts, scary, terror, and everything dark you may want to use in your designs. This typeface is perfect for creating a creepy feeling, as it has a lot of grotesque details that will make your designs stand out.
