About Libre Baskerville Font
Libre Baskerville, an open-source serif font, is available free of charge from Google Fonts. Pablo Impallari designed it and based it on a Baskerville version by American Type Founders, which dates back to 1941. It is one of the best-quality serifs that Google Fonts has to offer. Libre Baskerville can be used in bold, bold, and italic. Unfortunately, there is not a bold italic version. It is based on 1941 ATF Baskerville specimens, but it has a higher x-height and wider counters that reduce contrast. This allows it to work well on smaller screens.
Libre Baskerville serif font. It is compatible with Proxima Nova and Montserrat as well as Miller Banner, Proxima Nova and Ostrich Sans. You might also like Give 23px a try if you are interested in Libre Baskerville.
