Short answer: Blanka is a futuristic, minimalist display font created by Emmeran Richard in 2014. Its broken strokes and geometric capitals are effective in short logos, posters, album art, and large headlines. The creator permits personal and commercial design use, but font use is different from publishing the font package for other people to download.
What gives Blanka its look?
The letterforms remove selected crossbars and stroke segments while leaving enough structure for the eye to complete each character. That produces a clean science-fiction mood without relying on heavy decoration. Because the shapes are sparse and unconventional, Blanka works best for a few prominent words rather than paragraphs or small interface text.

Richard’s original Blanka project says the font may be used for personal and commercial projects. The current creator EULA also says the font package may not be sold or published without written permission. For the cleanest provenance and current terms, get Blanka from the creator’s official download page.
The preview file contains a short free-use note, but that does not override the creator’s separate sharing restrictions. Use the font in finished artwork under the creator’s terms; do not assume that a download button grants permission to republish the raw file.

Blanka is a compact display design, so preview every letter, numeral, and punctuation mark your project needs before committing to it. Test the final word at its real size, watch the gaps created by the broken strokes, and pair it with a conventional body face when the design also needs instructions or longer copy.
