Short answer: Socialico is an icon font by Jelio Dimitrov, also known as Arsek, published through Fontfabric. How the keyboard mapping works
Creator-era material described Socialico as a set of 74 social-media icons in one font. Uppercase and lowercase keys can call different versions of a symbol, including plain and enclosed treatments. The character chart below is the practical reference: choose the icon visually, then use the key printed under it.
Important limits for current projects
- It is not ordinary text. Screen readers can announce the underlying keyboard character rather than the brand represented by the glyph.
- The set dates from 2012. Some networks have closed, renamed, or redesigned their logos since the font was made.
- Brand rules still apply. A logo appearing in an icon font does not grant trademark permission. Check each platform’s current brand guidelines.
- Use accessible labels. For a live website, pair any decorative icon with visible text or an accessible name.
Source and license check
Fontfabric’s original Socialico post credits Dimitrov, and the displayed font metadata points to Fontfabric and the designer. However, these exact files do not include a standalone license document or a clear raw-file redistribution grant. Obtain current terms from the creator or publisher before personal, commercial, webfont, app, or package-sharing use.
